The “Caspian Oilfield Services, Inc.” company's Top management has formulated and approved the following quality policy that is an essential element for achieving the pursued objectives of the Quality Management System.

Quality, compliance to all applicable requirements and customer satisfaction shall underlie all of our efforts in the every phase of our operations in Sales, rental, repair of oilfield related down hole equipment, Welding and Fabrication of Steel Structures.

CONFORMANCE TO CUSTOMER AND APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS
Caspian Oilfield Services is committed to providing the highest quality products and services to satisfy applicable requirements and requirements of our Customers by:
• consistently meeting or exceeding our Customer's needs and expectations for product quality and performance;
• timely delivery every time, defect free of our products/services to meet our Customer's and regulatory requirements;
• continuously improving of our products/services, processes and QMS based upon measurable objectives;
• ensuring our personnel are properly trained so they are better able to serve our customers.

Our quality policy is appropriate to the purpose and context of Caspian Oilfield Services and acts as a guideline in providing the strategic direction and a framework for establishing key corporate level performance measures and related improvement objectives. Measuring customer satisfaction, reduction of nonconformities and achieving of quality objectives are some of the key measurable objectives that our company has determined to be of high importance. We will review all monitoring data during Management Review and will improve the effectiveness of the QMS.

We ensure that our quality policy is communicated and understood at all levels of the company through documented training, regular communication and reinforcement during annual employee performance reviews. This policy is implemented, maintained and applied at all departments of the company.

The quality policy will be reviewed for continuing suitability during Management Review meetings and available to relevant interested parties. This quality policy is officially approved, posted in conspicuous locations throughout all Caspian Oilfield Services facilities and is accessible to all employees.
